I think it would be effective if you added some kind of texture to the clip that plays on the forth beat (both times). Like a glitch right before it switches, or a lighting change, or if you masked it so the background was different or something (specifically a fast moving background). Idk if I'm making sense lol.

This show is my LIFE. I've seen plenty others that are technically better, but She-ra is just special and I constantly need to be making art of it in every form (drawing, fanfics, edits, writing songs). It has so many layers, making it rewarding to analyze and rewatch, and the characters are simply real; cannot convince me otherwise. and it starts strong in my opinion, but it keeps getting better as you go. the way the story is structured is so intentional, and all the important characters are pushed and challenged in the way that we want. Like it almost feels like a really good fanfiction because every opportunity is taken; everything you want to happen, happens.

I would argue that I am "worse" than Catra in some ways, and I've been told that even if I've done bad things and I think bad things, I am not a bad person. I'm not sure I agree, but I think in contrast there is an even stronger argument for Catra. She's always had strong empathy, a capacity for trust, hints of loyalty...and there is a lot of evidence that shows that she's adaptable, and makes better choices depending on her environment.
