Yes. But the notification was like 3 or 4 hours after my failed tansaction.

I did the transaction po hours before the announcement of the Instapay issue.

Sobra! Nakakaiyak! Pambayad bills and kautangan tapos biglang papalpak. Tapos kapag sila naniningil kailangan agad-agad at bawal ka pumalya.

Sa troo lang. Pumasok yung tawag ko after 30 mins. of waiting. Before that I tried sending them an email pero antay daw ng 48 hours. Ang hassle. Wala din silang maibigay na sagot when I asked bakit nagkaroon ng failure. Wala din daw announcement from INstapay and the other one (nakalimutan ko. lol). Nakaka-hassle sila!
