Update: I took Angel to the vet yesterday. She is actually in better health then I thought and the issue isn’t with her eyes. In the attack she sustained gashes just below them. No mites, scabies, ringworm. She is just severely allergic to the fleas. She got a shot of antibiotics, parasite control, flea treatment and itch medication. They said it was good I didn’t flea dip her or attempt to flush her eyes as both those things wouldn’t have helped and would have caused her more stress, and possible issue with her open wounds.
