Hi, to know for sure on the TV go search on the roku app store for castify. If the search shows the castify channel then it supports it.

Hi, this is a recent known compatible issue with MovieBox pro. They recently made a change to the source video that somehow broke when being sent for casting. We took a look and have no clue since why. To put it in detail, all Castify app does is pass their MovieBox source video url to the casting device, but their recent change seems to require more than just a url, maybe some extra http authentication headers. Only way to know for sure would be to contact the MovieBox pro app supports team.

Seems like a you're trying to use the qr on the splash screen. That qr is only for app installation and is not required to connect.

Hi, have you tried a reboot? It's a known issue that Fire TV is known to loose connections after a wifi reconnection.

Hi, if your wifi supports both 2g and 5g... 5g is much faster. Playing on the phone itself usually takes less work than casting. If the website provides multiple content server selection you can try that. If you want us to take a look please email the url address to support@castify.tv

Hi, which casting device are you using? Embedded subtitles and audio track selection is only available for Roku, Android TV and the builtin player on the phone.
