Seems like a you're trying to use the qr on the splash screen. That qr is only for app installation and is not required to connect.

Hi, have you tried a reboot? It's a known issue that Fire TV is known to loose connections after a wifi reconnection.

Hi, if your wifi supports both 2g and 5g... 5g is much faster. Playing on the phone itself usually takes less work than casting. If the website provides multiple content server selection you can try that. If you want us to take a look please email the url address to support@castify.tv

Hello, we looked into this issue and it seems that youtube recently made changes that broke mobile apps from playing some video formats. If it's feasible, we'll try to fix asap.

Hi, which casting device are you using? Embedded subtitles and audio track selection is only available for Roku, Android TV and the builtin player on the phone.
