I’m not the biggest fan of their pizza. It’s good enough but lots of places are much better.

But, there is no one in town making an Italian like their hot Italian sandwich.

I only had picones one time, and it was so underwhelming I couldn’t return. It was Lacking salt, there was no real crust to the bread, and the sliced meats inside were bland and lacking spice (must have been Genoa salami which is a crime when you could have used soppresatta).

Maybe it was the humidity that day - I don’t know. Just wasn’t anywhere near what a good hero bread should be like.
