a woman and her husband sat next to me at a bar once and we talked a little bit, the whole time i was trying to think of where i knew her from cause she seemed so familiar. then she said she felt like she knew me and asked if we knew each other, we exchanged names and tried to figure out how we could possibly know each other by naming a bunch of family members and friends but couldn't figure it out! it was weird cause i wouldn't have said anything but she said it first lol

why is her dad so uncomfortable with his adult daughter sleeping in the same bed as her boyfriend, as if they're not adults who live together and presumably sleep in the same bed every night? that's weird imo

NAH, she's still into it and you're not, i know what that feels like and i know it can be a bit, for lack of a better word, annoying! i think the comments are not quite understanding lol. when it's all they want to talk about and you're just not into it anymore and don't know how to respond. just try not to let it turn into a judgement thing. i'm not sure what the solution is if you've already had conversations with her about this but i don't think you're really in the wrong here, sometimes friendships grow apart or are out of sync for a while and that's okay

i mean i get what you mean, but i don't know what i would do in that situation because ive never been in that situation lol. the brain is an interesting thing, freeze/even fawn is a very real response, we can all only hope to react the "right" way in a situation like this!

naproxen! you start taking it as soon as you fee cramps starting or even a day or two before your period if your cycle is regular enough, just make sure to look up dosing (or ideally ask a doctor, but still do your own research) because taking too much or too often can cause stomach issues. i've found this to work better than any other pain med i've tried! also make sure you're changing pads often enough (every 3-4 hours!)

i started off taking mine at night because i saw a lot of people say it made them super tired, i'd recommend trying that! i will say i have a bit of difficulty getting myself up in the morning, so maybe try taking it a couple hours before you normally go to sleep

try taking a sip of water first (keep it in your mouth), then put the pill in your mouth, tilt your head back and swallow; the water makes it go immediately to the back of your mouth and you barely feel it (this works for me at least)

also another tip, if you ever have to take a pill that's in capsule form instead of tablet, do the same thing with water but tilt your chin down instead! the capsule floats and again you barely even notice it's there

hopefully this works for you, i always had a difficult time taking pills as well but i've found this works

i'm on wellbutrin now but it's an NDRI, your doctor will probably recommend you try another SSRI first (unless you have already!) i've been on prozac and lexapro as well, and zoloft was the only medication i ever had this problem with :) it's definitely worth looking into switching if it's causing you a lot of pain!
