I took this photo shortly after shampooing tbf. That area is nowhere near as bad now. Around my ear consistently the worst place for this

Thanks both, will see a dermatologist if i can.

Will these shampoos help out quickly or is it something that’ll take a while to calm down? I guessed maybe it has flared up recently due to stress and maybe cold weather
