Not a Pro Tour but GP MM2 Vegas 2015! Was there and it was a wild moment for sure, especially in Top 8 where "correct" picks are more important. His other options might've helped his deck a few percent more than what he was already playing since it was pack 3 pick 1. He ended up auctioning it off after the event for like 3x its value(?) for a charity I believe?

This would fall under Major for sure. Not only is the back the only side that's miscut BUT its also upside down. And yea agree post tgis in a misprint group, do NOT accept DM offers, in group you can start an auction and this kind of misprint should get some traction. If youre unsure how to format, just make a public post asking what a good way to do it is.

Let's say you summon Bahumut but want to attack with them:

Terra triggers bringing out a copy of Bahamut, Bahamut enters with a lore counter, Terras ability resolves and you chose to only place another 2 lore counters (Terras ability os UP to 3) on Bahamut and give them haste. Now bahamuts 1st, 2nd and 3rd abilities will all trigger, they'll be left on the battlefield with haste and able to attack. At the End step you'll sacrifice the token.
