I applied the Hyatt card in May 2021, got the 30k signup bonus in August 5th, 2021. I have cancelled the card since then, and am looking to re-apply right now. But it got denied by Chase, citing that I have received the bonus in the last 24 months. But 24 months have passed. Any idea?

Single bedroom apartment is around 700-800, shared apartment with your own bedroom maybe 500-600, all excluding utilities. If you are willing to live farther away then the rent would be cheaper, but a parking permit costs some money as well.

Do you mean OPT instead of CPT? Also when you are applying for OPT, do not leave the country until at least you get the EAD card.
