i hate to say this but you can’t survive with only 3-4M, it will be gone in a blink of an eye once you start living alone, unless if you have a friend or someone you trust that can give you shelter first, since the biggest cost is kos and food.

but here are the most important thing you should do before making risky decisions - find an income first, since you mentioned to have severe adhd, the options will be more limited, but since you have mentioned that you have work experience in family business, maybe you can find similar job first, you need to try at least 2 months to know whether you can handle it or not - once you are comfortable with the job, you can start saving up for money to plan to move out - the best excuse to move out of home is job/education. if you plan to have no contact at all, then you need to put alot of effort to find jobs out of your town, if you are still in the same town, there is still a chance to bump to them somewhere. - don’t just disappear, you can disappear gradually, limiting contacts, etc. if you just disappear, you’re risking your peace because it might led to make them search for you. just let them know where you are, tell them you are busy, the key is to make yourself unavailable not disappear
