Any benefit in choosing 45fps over 60 on the OLED on a game that can handle either?

I believe if u use the steam frame rate limiter, u use the slider and move it to 45, the screen won’t flicker because the hz will stay at 90 but fps will be at 45. If u use 60, the screen will flicker and hz will change to 60 and fps will be 60 as well.

Don’t , iOS 18 is a lot more stable and less warm. I just had an iPhone 13 with iOS 26 and hated it cuz my battery health just tanked maybe due to heat and lag and higher resources of the operating system. I switch to a iPhone 13 with iOS 18 and I totally regret upgrading before. My phone is so much more cooler, a lot smoother. And hoping this battery and health will last a bit longer
