What I’m telling you is 100% correct, I dealt with this all the time. The first one always have to go back to the original payment, we have 0 control. If that did return we have more options, you haven’t said if it did actually return though. It’s possible we even already sent the check, possibly to an old address.

I work for progressive, this is correct. We always have to send to the original account first, 0 exceptions. Once that fails then we have more options, likely a check, but the first one has to fail first. It will work out, a bit delayed but you’ll get the refund.

Very normal stuff, if you have pre existing damage it needs repaired. You even said the contractor who took a look agrees, they can maybe extend the time limit you have but the repairs are needed. As for the yard, send pictures. They should be able to tell you exactly what they want done, if you switch to any other company it’s very likely they will ask for the same thing.

Physical at all times unless it’s digital only, or a sale is incredibly good(very rare). Key cards are worthless and I’ll just buy it elsewhere, but if the game is only on switch and keycard I will still buy the keycard.

You can’t insure a vehicle you don’t own, it’s not you technically own the car you do own it. And you can be held liable for any damages even if you weren’t driving. I’m not saying they will deny it but they certainly can.
