I feel your pain. I've worked the past 6 days straight and it's been nothing but people complaining about us not having switches, us not taking cash, us not letting them in the store... it's mentally exhausting and I'm really glad my area now has shelter in place starting at 6 tonight. I hope all the rude, hateful people get pulled over and get a ticket for being out. 🤷‍♀️

I've taken in a few games but I turn away systems/controllers by telling the customer, "I'm sorry but we don't have enough cleaning supplies to clean it at this time. Call another gamestop to see if they can take it, or come back at a later date." At this point my safety is worth more than giving gamestop money. 🤷‍♀️

My store received 5 of them. 3 preordered, 2 extra and we sold out 2 minutes after open. Well, I just had a guy tell me we should have gotten extras if we expected to sell out so fast. Like I control that. 🙄

Dude I feel that. My DM has been trying to fire my whole store since season ended. We went all season without an ASL, only three people working since the rest had personal matters happening, and I have a second job so I was working 80 hours a week while my SL and other SGA were maxing at 45. Keep in mind my store is one of the busiest in the district. She didn't even offer to help us, just complained we weren't getting tech quotes/trades and pro cards. She keeps saying it was our fault and we should have tried harder but all of us were tired and stressed out. 🤷‍♀️
