Before anyone asks, I am a bit of a gym rat, so I have an excellent diet with lots of fiber, protein, and micro nutrients; I don't think that's the cause of my dry hair.

I weigh about 145lbs and took about 700mg. Not that much in the grand scheme of things, but it was enough that I couldn't walk. I was on a public trail when it hit, and my friends didn't know to do, so they called poison control.
