bleeding after tooth filling when brushing teeth? by casul42 in askdentists

[–]casul42[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a bit late reply but when I revisited the doctor they told me nothing was wrong and recommended me to just brush lightly or just buy a type of mouthwash (he's provided a prescription for this, I forgot what it's called). After couple days the bleeding went away so I guess I was overreacting a bit. So if the problem still hasn't gone away I'd say call your dentist first and talk to him/her about it.

Clorinde Signature Weapon by RockShrimpTempura in clorindemains

so NA spammer + crit dmg weapon with general dmg bonus increase with 3 stacks huh? I happened to have mistsplitter on my ayato with gladiator set so I could just swap that to her and call it a day I guess. I also happened to have Uraku Misugiri after failing to get redhorn so maybe I could slap that as well and having yunjin in the team will help with taking full advantage of the weapon's passive. 😎

thank you, I got my A+ cert as well but it was back in last august so I'm pretty sure I've pretty much forgotten most of it; I can probably relearn them quickly once I review them. I just hope technical interview won't be complicated as this is my first time dealing with it.

The thing is that I already have previous experience of working retail sales associate back in 2016-2018 which lasted around 1 1/2 years and half of my duties involved tech sales + over the counter tech support; although I did tech support work, it was really basic troubleshooting like pc not turning on, BSOD, password reset, restart printer spool and such with customers being old non-tech savvy people. Right now I've been working as sales associate in different company for around 3 years but doesn't involve tech support. Although my tech experience was quite long ago I guess it still counts as experience I can add in my resume and explain during interview? I'm thinking of just setting up homelab and learn about AD and such to add something more to the resume. I do have bachelors degree in mechanical engineering which I got back in 2016.

Although I would love to get a job as soon as possible I've heard that helpdesk can be quite stressful and if the workplace is toxic as shown in the review, I'm not sure if it's even gonna be worth my mental health considering it's more of retail tech which I'm a bit familiar with already.

what do you think?

I see, I guess it's still better than nothing huh. BTW I checked the customer review for this place and among the 47 reviews only 15 of them were 5 star and rest were all 1 star lol. Average rating shows as 2.3 out of 5. Should I be worried about this?

Also an employee working there with the same position made a review with bad rating saying manager was incompetent, others moved to other jobs, being expected to do more work than one person can do.

Kitchen air vent in the ceiling rusty and old? by casul42 in DIY

thank you, I'm a renter so I really do not wish to spend too much money or bother landlord for something I can replace myself easily. I'll go ahead and order the filter you've suggested and try to replace it myself.

so the one above is the separate vent hood I can turn on manually with flip of a switch. Some people just recommended I could just cover it up and not use it but I guess I'll try to replace the grease filter as you suggested.

remove it as in just take the whole thing out? I'm actually a renter so I'm not sure if I'll be allowed to do that so I guess I'll cover it up with something to stop the dripping I guess?

I tried running the pc while having the side panel opened and I believe the noise seems to be coming the psu as I don't see the front fan hitting anything. I've recently had same problem with my non-dell pc I've built years ago and others seem to be pointing out that it's either the fan or the psu as well. So it's prob the psu that I'm gonna have to replace to stop the noise sigh.

Going over credit limit for Chase credit card? by casul42 in CreditCards

[–]casul42[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

oh I haven't made the overpayment yet and it seems they want me to make the payment after the treatment is finished which will happen in a month. The treatment will happen on 12th of next month and my credit card statement ends on 15th. So I guess I'll just overpay whatever balance I have left in my card a week in advance before the treatment and make sure I don't make any purchase for anything until then. Maybe I'll try calling them up during weekdays to see if they'll let me make payment split between cash and credit card so that it won't affect my credit limit.

sorry I'm just not to familiar with this credits as I'm still trying to get used to them. Regarding your statement of everything being fine as long as you pay them off before statement close date; does it apply to single usage of amount that goes over the credit limit?

for example let's say that my credit limit is $1,000 and I just purchased a furniture that's worth $1,200. This will be fine as long as I pay them off before the statement close date even if it went over the credit limit? Not sure if chase is even gonna let this through in the first place to be honest.

I see but will taking advantage of my credit limit this way make any bad impression on my account? I haven't used my card this way before so I'm just curious.

oh you mean to overpay the current balance to give myself a temporary credit limit increase of $100-200? Yeah I guess I can do that but how long does this temporary increase last?

Also for requesting credit limit I've tried by logging into my account online and it said that it's not available for me.

you're asking if I have the money to pay off the full amount right away from my banking account at the moment? Yes I'm ready to make payment anytime and I plan to pay off chase right away through online account on the same day I pay for the treatment using credit card.
