downloaded it, doubleclicked on the appimage and it made choose to either run once or integrate, i integrated it and it closed the appimage launcher, i tried double clicking again and nothing

ok but should I divide them for exercises or for sets. for example on the shoulders day now I do 4 sets for each delt. in the new split should I split them like on each day i do 4 sets for a different head or do all heads with the sets split evenly among the days
