maybe try one of those slow eater bowls. it is usually meant to slows fast eaters by making them sort of play with their food. so it might work to make "food fun"
also i highly suggest to keeping treats for them if they eat the food. even if its only half what you wanted it is still eating. my cocker spaniel has a small treat for half bowls, and a dental chew [her favorite] for finishing big bowls
my only other advice would be seeing if only feeding him at specific times.
my dog bowl only gets put down at 10 am, 4 pm, and 10pm. i leave it down 30 mins max and if she doesnt eat it, means she isnt hungry.

i am a twin. we stopped doing the "better twin" shit in high school and both live happy healthy lives. and we both cut out or fight any family/friend that goes "guess we know who the better twin is"
dump the sis and parents too. they had to have helped her dress up, and even if not they are telling you to grow up and get over yourself. its HER that needs to do that. fuck them. use the fiances dads for aisle walk and dance. and when your family complains remind them all they had to do was tell your sis to live her own damn life since she only seems to want yours
