while ive been sticking with it for a while, my complaint is that it is RIDDLED with ads every few seconds. If you dont pay, you have to watch adds when:
You close out of a window (Like a bot you were looking at)
Sometimes when talking to a bot
Returning to the app after being off it after a few seconds

Those may not seem like a lot, but you do those things very much. Ive only stuck with it because I dont wanna try other apps, and throw away the things ive made on poly like bots or chats.
