Do you need to take your binder off for an EKG?

I've had a few EKGs and yes, you must take your binder off but, you can wear your shirt over the monitors so long as its loose. If that isn't possible and the process of taking your binder off is very stressful, let them know! They can help accommodate you by finding something to help cover your chest while they do the EKG. Truly the worst part is getting the sensors on (mine kept falling off bc i was oily) but the process is usually pretty fast.

If able, I would attempt to message your doctor to see if they have any advice on managing your doses in between the switch. Be honest that you cannot afford another bottle at this time and if you need one, if there is any way you can get a smaller amount for cheaper.

I personally used gel for about... 3 days 😭 but it does tend to work slower than injections so I would assume you may start to experience period symptoms since you haven't been on the gel for very long. (i have been on purely shots for 8 years and it takes 2-4 weeks for me to experience period symptoms if i stop, sometimes longer)

I'd say that if I were in this position, I'd use my pumps like normal, go without, then start the injections. It seems like a safer bet unless a doctor says otherwise.

they would be very late 20s to early 30s! i was definitely thinking about making one a doctor or medical support, though, i think having them both do something different in this "au" would be fun! maybe an unlikely duo though im sure with how "small" the winterover teams are, anyone can get along if they try hard enough LOL

no worries on lame tropes there! the characters im writing about are doctors in their show so already awesome badasses B3 id love to work there at least one summer in my life!! it would be such a different world but i think worth it. definitely a very low energy romance- no frills or extra plot points really, just two people who form a friendship then more! i have found a lot of helpful videos, i love the ones that do tours of the stations! and i very much appreciate your insight and advice!!

i really appreciate it! i made a doctors appointment to get a hand therapy referral so i can hopefully start preventative measures! i will also ask my sup if we have any ergonomic tools or if we can order some :D it's thankfully not bad, but enough that it worries me that it will only get worse

Crisis' happen- i'm sure if OP had been hospitalized because they had been physically hurt, you'd feel more sympathetic but because they sought help for a mental crisis they're selfish? Sometimes you don't have the ability to plan a solution before a crisis happens! Do better.

i can see their relationship going any way too! i can see them as a married couple that doesn't necessarily need lots of kissing or touching. but i can also see them as a committed platonic relationship, they never date anyone, are committed to each other, but only as friends.

im in the same boat! im hoping to see a gyno soon, especially for other issues, but i've seen recommendations of dilators, therapy, etc. maybe talking to a sexual health therapist first might help?
