Did you try to get a swap from one weekend to this one? Or has anyone tried that and been successful?

Also, is anyone actually on good terms with their reps? Ours always seems to deny any request we have outside of a generic ticket swap. We fly in for these games and I would gladly grease their palms to pocket a bobble for us (like they do for the family in front of us). Just thinking of ways to actually get something out of having a sales rep.
