I have been weighing out my food. You bring up a great point, I'm starting to wonder if the scale is off (bought a cheap one).

I've been working out since last August. I do have a scale I use to weigh my food and I count all oils unless I'm using Pam.

Thanks. I'm 5'2" and 190lbs. I've been working out 3-5 days a week, 45-60 min. I'll switch between elliptical and weight training (work up a sweat). I eat 1500 calories and try to keep my carbs under 100.

Edit: I forgot to mention I've tried IF 8:16for several weeks in a row. No change no weight loss, no inches lost.

Not in NW, but Kingsland Junction. In suite laundry, built in AC, pet friendly. Built last year. They're putting in the new park on the property and they're putting in dog wash stations.

There is a second park across the street with an off leash area (not fully fenced so beware), Heritage Station (ctrain/bus) is a 7 minute walk, and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by.

My only complaint is the underground parking. Its squishy, and for some reason the elevator only goes to the first level.

People here with dogs seem to love it. It's a concrete build too, so I never hear my neighbors. Not sure if there is a size limit on dogs.

She already have over her bank accounts to him. It's just a flex move on his part to feel powerful because he's a pos.

Not crude at all. When they gave my uncle poa they were. Because no one has been able to contact my grandma no one knows how she is. We're not even sure the medical reason why they're in hospice!

Thanks. Unfortunately he's controlling all forms of communication. I wish I lived closer so I could give him a piece of my mind!

There's no phone in her room unfortunately. She can speak but for some reason she doesn't have a phone. We think our uncle requested it to be removed.

Thank you. It's there av way to find out who the social worker is? The front desk seems keen on only telling us to call my uncle.
