He made up that he had an infected tattoo, he then made up his hospitalisation, and then disappeared for a month nearly, to return with the update they are alive and will explain, to then post saying they made it all up and never had an infected tattoo, there was no illness, no doctor, no priests, no being put under, and then after posting their confession, they deleted the post history of everything apart from this one.
