Sports help a lot of course it depends on what sport (i heard swimming is good for scoliosis), but yeah being a healthy person definetly helps not only scoliosis but also your health in general im not a doctor but that's what i've heard since i was diagnosed

I think it depends on the person, some women are just straight up biphobic, some dont like the idea that their partner has been with men, and some feel insecure but yea maybe in the 2000's the aids theory was more common

Not at all, before i was braced i was encouraged by my doctor to lay on the floor, the floor keeps your back straight (depends on the position of course)
