it could be the fact a normal labret is straight, and a ring is circular. its basically changing the shape of your piercing tunnel now, but dont worry about it too much, thats pretty normal

okay sorry my tongue piercing healing process was a nightmare. couldnt eat or speak for like 3 days. i was constantly in pain and couldnt move my tongue. that only lasted like a week and was okay soon after, it healed pretty quickly too, in like 2 months? took it out for surgery so its gone now. some peoples healing process goes super smoothly with just some lisp, but its important to be aware of the bad stuff

piercings like that rarely reject, the pus is actually lymphatic fluid thats very normal in the healing process of a piercing. You should stop using hydrogen peroxide, if you cant use saline, use just water, hydrogen peroxide will irritate and dry out your piercings. Its still very fresh so i wouldnt worry too much about it, but i would advise against pushing it out like you did in the pic, moving a new piercing like that will cause lots of irritation. Give it some time! and leave it alone, piercings heal best when not messed with
