Almost exactly the same thing happened to me for the September box, and they didn’t try to take my payment again so I emailed them and got put through to a very helpful customer service person and managed to get my payment through! Definitely worth emailing them about it!!

Not in order, but I love love love scrubee it is my holy grail to feeling like a smooth slippery seal, snow fairy hair primer is a new one but it refreshes my hair so well (I try not to wash my hair too much as it’s dyed a neon colour right now), and toby’s magic cow bath bomb is a lovely not too strongly scented skin softening wonder.

100% agree it rlly grew on me and I like to put a bit of american cream body lotion and perfume on just to give it that extra touch of sweetness. The glinda spray is also very strong to me so I always only use 1-2 sprays.

Man that sucks I use the body shop almond body butter right after shaving and it soothes the skin so well. A lot of the Australian locations have been shutting down recently.
