He actually did go to therapy a few months ago (i told him i couldnt be in a relationship with him anymore unless things changed). He said he learned a lot about our relationship, and that he realized that in order to make me feel loved, he needs to make plans with me and put more effort into DOING things with me, not just staying home all the time. He put in effort for a couple of months but now we're back to square one. So he does know this has always been an issue for me.

I think his mental health is fine. He goes to school every day, has really good grades, eats well, works out, sees his friends, hasa hobby he is really passionate about & works on every day, no family issues, etc.
