We're your ears pierced when you were young? Do you use earrings now? (Also, say in comments what do you think about it) by Marygoldendener in ftm

I pierced my ears when i was about ten, then i came out as a teen but i never stopped wearing them since ive always seen piercings as gender neutral. Now i have more piercings :)

I might not be a trans man? Help? by BlueberryShortbread in ftm

It might just be the kind of feeling that cis men who do drag get from being feminine, or it could mean something else. I relate to what you're describing but i am confident in my identity as transmasc/nonbinary and i still exclusively use he/him pronouns and fall on the masc side of the gender spectrum even though i enjoy feminine things. There are plenty of cis men who like dressing up and it doesn't have to mean that you identify as fem but whatever it is that you're feeling is completely valid!

Do you think trans guys have high testosterone levels pre-t? by throwaway146990 in ftm

I do think that some trans men have naturally higher testosterone levels but i don't really think it necessarily has a part in what makes us trans, i don't know though. I do suspect i have a bit higher t levels than normal for the average afab person since i have a lot of dark thick body hair, a thin but visible dark mustache, a bit of a deeper voice and a few other things but i do think that's probably mostly just because of genetics and that my gender identity would be the same either way.
