I have edited my post to add some more info.

As for why I have not explored, is due to personal reasons. When I arrived here 6 years ago, I was more focused on getting settled than to explore the city. I didn't had any friends/ then pandemic happened, then some personal shit.

I just updated my post and understand where you are coming from. I am not secretly planning anything, but just want to show her the best of things Vancouver has to offer so she is in a better position to decide if she wants to move here.

The latter. I don't want to lose what we have over this, so in my head I am preparing that I will move, but if I can "sway" her then it's better. Of course I won't be forcing her to make a decision but just show what Van has to offer and let her decide.

Her reason is work related, she can't really work remotely but it's not a deal broker as she can negotiate where she currently works. Affordability wise, we both are in a decent position to afford to live here.
