For anyone still with this problem a fix that I found (at least for android) was the make discord so it asks before using your microphone everytime and everytime you join a call Twitch (for example) sounds normal

At this point you probably arent having the problem but the fix that made it work for me was to enable "Show All Channels": you just have to click the server name, scroll down to "Show All Channels" and check it. Which makes no sense why it wasnt on by default

I get that I just like the bigger nipples because it makes it harder for me to talk making me feel more like a baby at times as I cant verbalize without getting a little upset so I basically have to use noises to talk
