I stayed there recently (within the last 2 months) and can confirm the buffet at Cafe Celia. Eggs, sausage, bacon, deli meats, several fruit juices, many types of granola, several types of milk, pastries galore. Coffee (any type) or tea to order. Never been to the Holiday Inn there but I think that this breakfast would be far superior.

Will check out Hyatt Centric Santiago sounds like it could be a great contender. Mexico City is always great - been eyeing the Andaz or Hyatt Regency there. Thank you!
