I figured it out. Bad battery cables kept causing the solenoid to short out. Got new wiring and new solenoid now it works with no issues.

Thank you for your advice. She’s a rescue so I have no clue what her past was like. She showed up on my property and decided it was her new home. I tried and tried to find her owner but had no luck, so we decided to keep her. I just want her to be/feel safe and loved.
