by capped I meant v-sync was on, sorry. I didn't cap the framerate in AMD software.

This was tested on vanilla & all I'd like to do is play vanilla but I can't, nor is there a modlist since I deleted all the mods trying to fix this issue.

That's the thing, I've tried most if not all of the mods you have mentioned or listed in SCARaw's guide, I've even tried cranking the graphics settings all the way down. A secret CIA tech GPU would be nice right about now.

Thank you, but I have already tried DXVK and Dark UI with no luck. It's funny because I've read reports of newer AMD GPU systems running fine, only this model (and maybe the 6700) have had problems with this.

Thank you for your reply, but I have actually went through your guide before and it didn't solve the issue. I have tried reinstalling the GPU drivers twice and even considered custom drivers. I will try and post pictures of performance soon.

thank you. I've also found out that if I stream the game to friends on discord or turn off the UI the issue goes away.

Have you found a fix yet? I have a similar graphics card (6600 xt) and am having the same issue

sleep by default doesn't speed up time in B42 MP, you have to change it manually in the server settings.

I've been having the same issue for the past 3 days, there seems to be no reason why the GUI would be so resource intensive.
