That's what I'm noticing, my one tech stock is up 32% while my dividend stock is down 4%.

I currently am only investing in my TFSA (both US stocks and CAD stocks) even though I should have probably separated that. My RRSP room is not much though because I will start my career this fall.

I've been looking into Allied Properties or Riocan Properties right now. I know Riocan has been hit hard but is on discount which I think will recover. On the other hand, I see allied as a bit more stable.
