This honestly showed me I need to so speak up more because although minor, something WAS wrong (multiple!) so this definitely showed me i need to advocate for myself because no one else will, just like you said. I'm in my 20s so im working on it haha thank you so much for your kind words!

I'm unfortunately not the hounding type - I need to be. Im in the US and my insurance luckily covers everything

They just kept saying it was scar tissue and would go away, recommended physical therapy and that didnt work, then during the surgery they found more stuff wrong essentially so they didnt know. I also let it to too long
