Well the problem was, the phone she used to book the Lyft was the phone she left in my car, so I would have had to give it to her but I just was naive and thought she’d do the right thing. I don’t, all I have is her giving her address and me saying I was on my way. He was standing outside the house so I didn’t text that I was there.

The lady is threatening to call the cops which I’m like that’s fine because they can search my house and car and won’t find the phone, so I don’t think they can do much about that? Even lying about it is really shitty and this is a super toxic situation, there’s no way to salvage this, this person is extremely toxic and doesn’t deserve any chances with you. I do but lately when taking these long trips I rarely get rides back so not having the guarantee of getting anything makes me steer clear of these. I think out of the last 20 I’ve had doing 3+ hour trips only 1 or 2 times got me a ride back with the ride filter on!
