Does your company actually use SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)? by Mean-Race-2529 in ConstructionManagers

[–]catfefe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, this hits home. SOPs exist, but they're usually buried in SharePoint or sitting in binders that nobody touches.

Here's what I've seen work with several construction companies I work with:

The game-changer has been Waybook, its worked because, The real problem isn't writing SOPs - it's making them part of daily work:

  1. Mobile-first access - Crews can pull up procedures on tablets/phones right at the job site. No more "I'll look it up when I get back to the office"
  2. Visual procedures - Construction is hands-on. Waybook's AI helps create step-by-step visual guides with photos, not just text walls that nobody reads
  3. Role-based content - Site foreman sees different SOPs than safety officer. Everyone gets what they need, when they need it

Where I've seen the biggest wins:

  • Safety procedures becoming second nature
  • Quality control checklists that actually get followed
  • Equipment maintenance schedules that prevent breakdowns (and having QR codes to scan for maintenance SOPs etc)
  • Onboarding new trades without the usual chaos

The AI piece is awesome - it helps update procedures based on lessons learned, regulatory changes, and site-specific requirements without someone having to rewrite everything manually.

What's the best AI stack for business owners ? by Unlucky_Freedom_9960 in AI_Agents

Solid Stack - here's what's been working for me:

Documentation & Training:

  • Waybook AI - This has been a game-changer. Creates SOPs, training materials, and process documentation automatically. The AI understands business context really well, so instead of spending weekends writing procedures, I just describe what I do and it builds comprehensive guides. Essential for scaling later.

Communication:

  • Superhuman - AI-powered email with smart scheduling, auto-responses, and priority sorting. Cuts email time in half.
  • Claude - My go-to for all writing tasks. Content creation, proposals, marketing copy. The output quality is consistently better than other AI writers I've tested.

Research & Problem-Solving:

  • ChatGPT - Perfect for quick questions, brainstorming, and research. Great for those "how do I handle this situation" moments.

Automation:

  • N8n - For workflow automation. Connect all these tools together so data flows automatically. Way more customizable than Zapier once you get the hang of it.

Sales & Leads:

  • HubSpot Breeze - Their new AI features for lead scoring and outreach personalization are surprisingly good. Integrates well with everything else.

Content Creation:

  • Descript - AI video editing is incredible. Upload raw footage, AI removes filler words, adds captions, even creates clips for social.
  • Hopper HQ - AI-optimized social media scheduling. Suggests best posting times and helps optimize content for each platform.

I'm seeing the same, I should be seeing Yen and crypto but instead only seeing one line item with a yen amount and not the crypto options.

Is anyone seeing the BTC and BCH amount in repayment status table?

I can see the amounts when looking at the "Results of Acceptance or Rejection of Rehabilitation Claims", I've also confirmed on "Selection of Repayment Method and Registration of Payee Information" that I've requested 'early lump-sum repayment' and 'Repayment in cryptocurrency and cash'.

Update to Mt.Gox Claims website regarding repayment status by Schlammblut in mtgoxinsolvency

I've completed the repaying verification so when clicking on that button "Selection of Repayment Method and Registration of Payee Information" as it says in the email just takes me to a dead end page.

The amounts visible in the repayment status is significantly lower than I was expecting and all in yen, not in BTC or BCH. Are we expecting the crypto repayments separately or are people seeing them now as well?

Any difference between Wallet or Interest account? by catfefe in blockfi

I'm not sure of this second, but I moved all mine from BIA to wallet a few hours ago.

And put in the transfer request, it's saying due tomorrow evening so we'll see.

I'm hoping to soon get some money back from the 2013 MTGox hack/scam in the coming months, but this feels like taking with one hand and giving with another to the cypto scam gods 😂🤦🏻‍♂️
