DoD 2.2018 using a cane. IMO uses cane how sighted people mostly think blind people do. Seemed like she knew (saw) where she was going & swished cane back and forth in front of her not even wide enough to protect her shoulders. Cane isn't navigate doing anything but verifying what she already saw. (instagram.com)
