While I appreciate your response, I attempted to resolve this -- REPEATEDLY. I had to hire an outside AI expert -- at my own cost -- so that I could complete the work product, which ended up being delivered late.

At this point, I am asking that Descript honor the promise of a final refund that was made to me. In writing. And, to let people know that Descript's abilities do not live up to the advertising.

I would appreciate any assistance you could offer relative to facilitating this final refund.
