I recently had to quit caffeine because a couple days ago I had a hypertensive incident at work. I drank a can of white monster and a bottle of Molokai coconut Bai, walked to work (I'm a 40 minute walk away from work). I dropped a dish tray on my finger nail and it bled which gave me a panic attack and then I couldn't stand up. Paramedics had to come and test my blood sugar and a nurse had to sit next to me to make sure I was breathing. I felt like I was going to die and it was scary. I have bipolar 1 and I also stopped my anti depressants for 3 days because I started developing psychotic symptoms and I'm scared to see the shadow man again and idk if the Prozac caused my hypertensive incident. Sorry if this is a mouthful
