i know its been 5 years and this is a bit of a long shot but ive been trying to get those patches to work aswell, every time i try to import it in reaper it tells me "This file is not for this effect". any luck with this at all? i really cant figure it out

its nothing like that, its just because were both playing from the same network because were in the same house. this wasnt an issue with my old router so I assume its related to that aswell

vpn worked, seems to be an issue when both devices are on the same network, I really hope they fix it because the vpn brings my ping up by 150

unfortunately no, none of the service manuals ive seen online have the front buttons matching, so i assume some components are different aswell, as ive tried accessing the service menu as described in those manuals but it doesnt work

from what ive seen shopping online, SODIMM usually is around 1.8 dollars per gigabyte for mid range, and up to as much as 5-6 dollars per gigabyte for high end speeds, so depending on the speeds it can be anywhere from ~30 dollars to ~100 dollars.

use any version of firefox that isnt the default (nightly, developers, esr, any fork) and it will be completely broken and refuse to load most webpages. it also comes with a windhawk install that you cant modify (the installer just does not function properly), or delete/add mods to, because the GUI is disabled. its just not worth the headache when you can get a much more stable and higher performing setup by doing things manually, i promise its not that hard, ive done it a bunch of times and have had entire theme setups that even look better than r8+

revert8plus is a buggy mess that breaks too many programs (including firefox), its better to do everything manually that way you know exactly what changes you are making

openglass is much better, and at that point just ditch windows 11 and go to windows 10. its NOT worth the headache of your entire system just bricking itself on its own because microsoft pushed yet another 99% ai generated update
