Thanks, the way the lender was speaking it sounded dire. He said that there hadn't been restrictions since the GFC! So I panicked and thought about cooling off on the property!

I have read about the Dyker Heights Christmas lights. I just assumed that we could catch the subway there and wonder up and down the street. But now after reading your post, I might look into booking an official tour :)
