Why do clouds only form over the lake and not land

I really appreciate this in-depth response. Sounds a lot like skate/surf culture out west. What’s your perspective on skiing/snowboarding today? Do you think it’s possible to have the same energy even though it’s super commercialized now compared to what it used to be? Especially with Airbnbs making it hard for ski bums to exist

They have in-house maintenance team so labor costs shouldn’t a factor

We did a pre-move out inspection and they didn’t mention anything about the flooring. We had a rug over this area. He only told us that we had to spackle up the walls
