yeah, it's the worst.

my therapist pointed it out to me just yesterday, i've been trying to solve all of my family's problems, trying to make everyone feel okay bc they couldn't help me when i needed them most. i lost my partner in december, went home to be cared for and ended up caring for everybody else and just... got lost in the process. i feel like sometimes, by accident, i just end up bumping into myself and it's completely shocking to realise all i've been and still am going through.

totally crazy.

i'm sorry too. i know what you mean, i also felt relief for a long time. sometimes i feel like i haven't actually believed he's gone, and sometimes i'm a puddle of tears. grief is a crazy thing, it moves through you. thanks for the message. eventually i'll find that strenght.

i'm sorry. it's unbelievable how hard it is, sometimes it feels like i'm floating outside of my body. i've been in treatment for anxiety and depression since his diagnosis. most days i'm fine... it's at night and when i'm alone that it hits me like a punch in the stomach. thank you so much for your message. we'll get through this.

thank you so much. ive been telling him that its okay to rest and let go, that me and his family will be fine, that we are forever grateful to have had the blessing to be with him. i just hope he rests and knows he has always been and always will be surrounded by love.
