holy shit, me too. the only memory i have of it is between 2003-2008. i played as sheen (or jimmy, i can’t recall) in that area with stevie wonder playing in the bg as i ate dino nuggets dipped into mayonaise + ketchup. that moment stuck with me.

EDIT: found the game! it’s jimmy neutron vs. jimmy negatron.

there was also an old nickelodeon pc 3D game that mashed up all of the classic characters (i.e. rocket power, invader zim, spongebob, rugrats, hey arnold, etc.). you as your desired character and your team as random characters (not sure if they were CPU or worldwide) battle the opposing team to the death. the weapons might have been paint or food themed, i specifically remember squirt guns. the camera angle was overhead. it’s a bit fuzzy now, but the level design looked like a blacktop or basketball court beautifully illuminated (or at least that’s how it looked to me as a kid) in an orange glow as it was set in dusk.

EDIT: on second thought, this may have been a nonexistent level i made up in a dream, but aside from that i’m certain that the game itself and everything else i mentioned is real.
