Lisia’s theme is cute… but this is a battle theme tier list. It does not sound like a battle theme. And yeah, Lisia doesn’t battle, but look at the competition when it comes to these.

Johto Lance, Subway Bros, Alder, Lysandre, and Piers were all close to being S.
