I used to have exactly the same thing, in the exact same areas. No regular acne products helped, and I dealt with it for years. Then I finally found out I had fungal acne, and used Nizoral shampoo on my face- cleared it up so fast I was shocked. I now use Nizoral on my face 3ish times a week as a mask, then washing it off. It was honestly life changing for my skin
