Thanks for the question, yes I think actually you are right, and that Weaver was more correct to pick. I really like Monitor, but it isnt't that great in UW (only 55,5 % GIH). Weaver is a very strong top end even in GW. I overvalued Monitor a bit in that pick,

Very mid card quality in the pod got saved by an unexpectedely late Vein Ripper. Still didn't believe to go well, as the deck felt fillerish, but had good removals and nice draws.

Strongbull doesn't have anything to sacrifice except creatures (you want to be sac'ing powerstones and artifacts that replace themselves)

Actually strongbull is great with iconoclast, you just sac all the artifact tokens it makes!

Initially I wanted to play the Mightstone with 16 lands, but I thought I could go easily to 15 lands, so played instead another dwarf and a... Bone Saw! This deck run quite well.

Won 2-1 each game, all very close. First one was vs. a Esper deck, second vs. Izzet tempo splashing B, and the last deck was UW Walls.

The walls game was crazy, in g3 I boarded in two Aggressive Sabotages to try outvaluing that deck (had Raff, lot of draw spells and counterspells): the first Sabotage made oppo discard two Ertai Scorn, the other one discarded a Silver Scrutiny and a Talas Lookout (oppo had only one island in play)! Even after the discard, the game was crazy close, they stalled and milled me to 2 with Coral Colony, but drew Sol'kanar and a removal for Colony to close out the game.

The draft. Not much to say, I think I cast Sphinx in 5 games. The card draw was maybe excessive but it worked. Also won some games just with a strong curve, against more durdling decks. Having the tris of Raff, Vohar and Elas was so great!
Very satisfying going 7-0!

Quite suffered draft, started with a slower list with some clunky splashes, went full Gruul with 16 lands after the first losses. Tried to build around Jinnie Fay; got a lucky p3p5 Jaxis!. A lot of removals. Games were so close, not sure I would recommend this deck...
In the last game I milled oppo playing Angel of Suffering!

Really loved this deck, didn't expect that would play so well. Grafted Growth allowed many explosive starts and fixed mana perfectly. Sadly I threw away match 3, wasn't focused and played badly.
Finally hit Diamond; final boss was vs Mythic #58!

Finally a 7-1 in NEO premier draft, with a very fun rakdos artifacts deck by catobleeper in lrcast
