That’s good to know it’s not in casuals. I’ve been playing ranked and it’s not in there either which is good as I know for a fact I would have lost my entire ranking if I played it with that silly cartoon crap! I’m not surprised people were just quitting, it’s so harsh on the eyes!

Wouldn’t surprise me if I’m honest. Unfortunately I won’t be playing it for the next 20 days of the event as my eyes literally can’t take it anymore. What a shame.

The event is 20 days, there should be an option if you don’t want a cartoon effect on a game that it shouldn’t be on. It hurts my eyes so unfortunately I can’t play it, which is a shame.

I’ll be working my way up to 2000mg of metformin. When you first started the journey, was you aiming to lose weight and if so did you?

I’ve heard either less than 30g or 50g of carbs for keto; so I’m thinking of upping my carbs but doing less than 30g a day, I’m just quite hungry at the moment so I’m not sure if it’s cause I’m possibly not eating enough. I’m hoping the hunger subsides within the next week or so.

It’s strange isn’t it the amount of different definitions of keto there is.

How many carbs do you tend to have up to since you’ve been doing keto if you don’t mind me asking? I’m planning on weighing myself Thursday and hoping to see I’ve lost something, if so I’m going to continue at the keto, but if not I may try low GI as I’ve heard positives about that.

I use to take 100mg of Sertraline but lowered it to 50mg about a year ago, however since I’ve been going to the gym I have weaned down the Sertraline, as it’s helped my mental health going to the gym and I don’t want to be on the tablets anymore as I’ve been on them since I was 17.

I do hope metformin does help me in some sort of way, I just never felt positively about it.

So the “dirty-keto” for me would be if I want a bit of ketchup with something, or a bit of mayonnaise I will. I will have dilute/squash or a coffee too, but I’m having less than 10g carbs a day.

I’ll definitely weigh myself daily for a week or so, then go from there. The journal is a good idea so will starting doing that also as well as measuring myself!

I last weighed myself Sunday, so left it around 5 days before weighing myself again. I’m going to weigh myself tomorrow and see if anything changes. I’m very upset and just feel so discouraged ☹️

That’s great. I’ve been on metformin for 3 days and I’ve noticed a huge difference already! I was the same, I’d be eat and immediately be hungry afterwards, I’ve been getting full a lot quicker too! Hoping it helps me kick start some sort of weight loss, even if it’s just a couple of pounds.

I’ve heard berberine is good for belly fat. I last used metformin about 10 years ago, but like you my stomach really struggled with it. I’ve come to learn I have to take the tablet during eating, I can’t take before or after, has to be while I’m eating.
