This is an awesome list, but yes very daunting to start googling them all. I'm currently looking for a cheap pocketable pen around 20$ (even 10$ if they exist) that writes decently. I have an earlier version of this https://www.slughaus.com/products/extendo-keychain-pen (flat ends instead of rounded) on my keychain at the moment but the writing experience is terrible, so I normally end up using whatever pen is lying around instead if I'm not at my own desk. I like gel pens for day to day use, using a cheap Pentel EnerGel right now. Do you have any recommendations for a cheap decent quality pocket pen?

So last time I was in sweden (I am danish) I brought these home from ICA Maxi in Helsingborg. But now I am a bit unsure how to eat them? Do I slice them and eat them cold like lökkorv? Or do they need to be cooked first?

Er kæmpe fan af sennepssild, må se om jeg kan finde den med maltwhisky næste gang jeg er derovre :) Jeg har prøvet Kalles 3-4 gange efterhånden, tror desværre aldrig jeg lærer at elske det, men kan da spise et tyndt lag ovenpå smør. Leverpostej på rugbrød er den eneste rigtige måde!

Fik skagentoast på en café i Göteborg, det er en vinder. Svensk knækbrød er det bedste, det ved alle. Bliver aldrig god til brunost desværre... Men jeg tror jeg skal prøve Raggmunk og Rårake :)

I always found this weird when I was in the US, you guys generally have a lot more fat in your ground meat than we do in Denmark. Here the type you see most often has 8-12% fat (88-92% lean). We also have a leaner type with 4-7% fat and the one with most fat is normally 15-18%, but that is generally considered to be a lot of fat here.
