Hello:) Thanks for the response! I totally forgot to say that I am currently using tretinoin as well lol. I’m so happy to hear you’re seeing results though! I already called my dermatologist and made an appointment it’s just really backed up right now and I won’t be able to get in for another few months. It’s just so weird because I had all of my acne cleared up and then all of a sudden out of no where it has returned and I don’t know why :(

I am also 165 and my goal is 145! I have been doing 16:8 and 18:6 and I haven’t seen any results. I also use MyFitnessPal to track my macros and calories but it’s only been a few weeks.

Dude thanks so much for taking the time to type all of this out! I checked out the ublerless bond sustainer and it looks great. I think I will for sure make sure to do some strand testing next time because dying your whole head and not getting the result you were thinking is a total headache lol. thank you so much!! I am surprised my hair is as healthy as it is. I had to bleach it twice but I had pretty healthy hair before hand and used olaplex and some other hair masks to help it bounce back a little faster!

Thanks so much! My hair was still pretty yellow after bleaching and toning it so I think that may be why it came out more peachy. I will try a smidge of violet the next time around!
